USA First Class Shipping: FREE for all orders exceeding $45.
We utilize USPS and UPS. Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or priority mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS.
Orders made before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 12 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
We use DHL Express International, FedEx International and USPS First Class International and provide tracking numbers upon shipment. Each carrier tracks their packages differently. Please check their website for terms & conditions.
Package Handling Time: 1 Business day (excluding Holidays). Handling Time during Holidays will vary according to the duration of the Holiday.
Shipping times for all carriers vary, so please be sure to check the links provided for shipping estimates. Unfortunately, shipping and customs delays on International shipments are common and are beyond our control.
All International shipping charges paid do not include duty, taxes, or other fees incurred by the destination country. These added expenses will be at the expense of the customer. To determine tax, duty, VAT, etc., please contact the customs/importation department within your country of origin.
International shipping costs and duty fees are non-refundable.
