Date Changes
before the 90 day window from the departure
Date changes are always possible before the 90-day window. You may move to another available tour date at any time and at no extra cost, as long as the request is made more than 90 days before the currently selected departure date.

After 90 day window from the departure
After 90 days from the currently selected departure date. Inside this window, a date change may still be evaluated only in exceptional and documented circumstances, based on availability and services already prepaid. Each request is reviewed individually with transparency, fairness, and care.
